Compass Mental Health Services is a therapy practice in Orem, Utah, founded by Devin Dutson, LCSW. Our small, licensed team provides individual, teen, trauma, and couples therapy — in person in Utah County and by secure telehealth across Utah. Our approach

Our office is in Orem, convenient to Provo, Lindon, Vineyard, and the rest of Utah County. For anyone located elsewhere in Utah, we offer telehealth therapy by secure video.
